2+4+10 Year Building Pros Extended Limited Warranty

Most local home improvement contractors honor one- (1) to two-(2) year warranties on their work. But at Building Pros, we back up our home remodeling and custom projects with a special Building Pros Extended Limited Warranty. Below are some of the highlights of this warranty:

  • 2-year limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship for most elements of a project
  • 4-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship for a majority of the project elements
  • 10-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship for major structural components
  • Assistance in obtaining manufacturer warranty services for systems such as heating and cooling, appliances, and lighting products, etc.
  • Damages that are not covered by the warranty include those caused by fire, water, theft, misuse, intentional or accidental damage by persons or pets in the home, natural disasters, etc.

How are we able to offer such great warranties on our projects?

Our home renovation projects are designed to last. We only use materials that are better than what may be required by code. At Building Pros, we believe in effective quality control systems and superior craftsmanship. When a home is built to last, it can stand the test of time.

Why don’t other builders provide a similar warranty?

You’d have to ask other builders. Only they know how well their projects are built and the materials they use. Both factors determine how long a workmanship warranty is good for.
